Beautifully designed Warehouse with comfortable amenities. Friendly staff providing great service. Convenient location near Haneda airport. Delicious food at the restaurant with a Japanese twist. Easy to find with a massive light up sign. Free airport shuttle service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Private bathroom/ensuite in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to access both the airport and Kawasaki station. Guests have praised the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice showers. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby offered delicious food and the staff were helpful. We also enjoyed the scenic view of Mt. Fuji from outside the hotel. Despite a small issue with the breakfast availability, our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its great facilities and friendly service.

We loved the spacious and well-appointed room, complete with top-notch furnishings and amenities. The hotel's design, especially the warehouse-inspired theme, added a unique touch to our stay. The on-site restaurant on the top floor served delicious food with a Japanese twist, offering a delightful dining experience. Additionally, the convenient location right near the river and close to public transport made it easy for us to explore the city. Being so near Haneda airport was a major advantage, especially for those with early or late flights.

The bed was incredibly comfy and the shower was really good. I also loved the complimentary coffee and water in the room. It's such a nice touch to have those amenities readily available. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. They were accommodating and made our check-in process smooth.
One thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the walking distance from the stations. this was quickly solved by the hotel's free shuttle bus.

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious and funky furnishings in this fresh hotel. The large, comfy beds and top-notch amenities were perfect for our stay. The staff were wonderful and we found it to be great value compared to other Tokyo hotels. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7/11 next door.
Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.
